Your opening sequence will be exactly the same with either Crusading Strikes or Templar Strikes. Keep using Templar's Verdict if there's a priority target to focus down. Swap from Templar's Verdict to Divine Storm at 2+ targets with AoE talents like Tempest of the Lightbringer, or 3+ targets otherwise.Don't wait for generators to come off cooldown or to have a Judgment debuff on the target to spend Holy Power if you have no other abilities to use.You want to keep your high priority generators on cooldown as much as possible.
